Share a house with lots of space, yard, amazing location (move in NOW, start paying in May!)

One bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bedroom home with a big backyard. We plan on having an amazing container garden this summer and strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Share creative space with one couple and another female.
Book club, craft parties and dinner parties are our idea of fun. We have two amazing indoor kitties, so, no dogs. The three bedrooms are upstairs with the main floor being kept clean for easy creative space and cooking. We also have a full basement with bathroom and full kitchen as well as more common space.
Looking for someone who is easy going, clean, understands the importance of personal space and open communication. Also, this is a no TV/video game household. However, we're trying sooo hard to get a projector so that we can have outdoor movies over the summer!
Rent is $650/month for a wonderful room with lots of western light + utilities which run about $50-$100/month.
To move in we need first, last & $125 deposit.
Move in May 1st.
We're located directly on the Route 49, super close to Joebar & Volunteer Park.
