I have a 1 bedroom on Melrose between Denny and Olive that I currently live in that I unfortunately must break the lease on because I lost my job and am moving to another state. It's a back corner unit with lots of light, big balcony with a view of Queen Ann and the space needle, washer/ dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and a ceiling fan in the bedroom (which has been great with our current weather). Rent is $850/ month and utilities start at $55 for one person and electric usually runs about $30-50 every 2 months. Leasing starts at 6 months. It's also in a great location with bus stops close by, tons of great restaurants, and a 5 minutes walk to downtown. I am also willing to help pay the deposit and I will also have furniture that will not be coming with me on the move that I will give the new tenant first dibs on.
