Hey there! I'm a seamstress, reupholster-er and a woodworker and am looking to move my workspace from my home and into a shared artist-like work studio space. I'd use the space a few times a month. I don't have a lot of tools and need minimal storage space. I sand sometimes, so there is a possibility for saw dust type messes (which will be promptly cleaned up).
