To provide outstanding sales support to Softchoice customers. To service customer accounts by providing timely quotes, product info and resolving any sales issues that may arise. Provide sales support to Softchoice Outbound Sales teams to ensure revenue is generated continuously.

Answering telephone inquiries from customers, vendors and Outbound Sales Representatives
Efficient processing of order requests received via telephone, e-mail and facsimile
Providing accurate quotes and product information to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Driving Sales by up-selling/cross selling and asking for the business.
Providing support to the outbound sales department by keeping them updated about their customer accounts and preparing quotes, bids and reports
Attending product training when offered by company and partner vendors.
Following up with customers on quotes, reports, orders, etc.
Maintaining a stellar relationship with your peers and the Outbound Sales team from your region

Minimum Education - University degree
Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience
Minimum of 2+ years customer service
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship build
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service and/or managing customer accounts strongly preferred
Ability to work in a very fast-paced sales environment
