Any Local Diner willing to let us use their store front for a movie shoot?

I am a student of Seattle Central Community College film and video program and we are in need of Capitol Hill's help. We need to use a existing diner as a set for a professional short feature. If you are interested in helping us we are willing to financially compensate for the time used to lease out the joint.
