MAINTENANCE PERSON:
We are a group of well-maintained and managed apartment buildings that are family owned.
The person we are looking for must be a detail-oriented team player and must have experience in the maintenance of modern and classic buildings.
We are looking for a skilled worker with heavy experience in basic carpentry, sheet rock application including taping, basic electrical and wiring skill and plumbing skills. An old-fashioned “Jack of All Trades” a great skill in itself.
We need an individual who has worked in the apartment industry for more than two years and someone who understands the needs of tenants and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill the needs of our tenants. We do not have heavy turnover because we do put the tenant as our priority.
We also need someone who can show apartments and work hand in hand with the property manager in all aspects of running our operation.
We are offering full time employment, year around with benefits of sick leave, vacation, and medical insurance coverage with Group Health of Puget Sound. We are requesting this person to live on site with a total compensation package value of $25,000 - $36,000 per year DOE.
The applicant for this position must provide verifiable references, we will be doing a required drug/alcohol test and a criminal background check, and references or introduction from your last employer.
