Free Tai Chi & QiGong at Jefferson Park, Beacon Hill In celebration of World Tai Chi – QiGong Day, Wise Orchid Martial Arts-Taijiquan, QiGong & Kung Fu is offering a free Tai Chi & QiGong class and demonstration of these ancient Chinese arts. Bring friends and family to participate in this world wide event of cultivating health and wellness in our community and around the globe.
Each year on the last Saturday in April, at 10 am in every nation around the world communities are invited to join together in practicing Tai Chi and QiGong as a way of promoting better health and educating the public about the benefits of practicing the arts that have been found to improve millions of people’s balance, strength, mental awareness and longevity.
Sifu Viola Brumbaugh is 20th generation inductee into the lineage of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei, one of the top Tai Chi grandmasters in the world. She is also a member of the Yang family Tai Chi lineage and the Wing Chun lineage of the great Yip Man through Master David Leung. She currently shares her teaching weekly with nearly 100 students in the Greater Seattle Area.
