This seems a killer restriction for Seattleites

Because the DAS includes cameras, you should avoid driving your vehicle into any areas where cameras are restricted including international border crossings and military bases.

This would presumably preclude driving to Canada for the duration of the study (1 or 2 years). This seems too onerous for most people. (could be made better by free loaner cars for cross-border trips).
