The available bedroom comes mostly furnished (dresser, nightstand, desk, and mattress). The apartment is a close walk to central Seattle- 5 min. walk to Downtown, 10 min walk to Pike Place Mkt, 10 min walk to Capitol Hill. Friendly neighbors and all around awesome. Must be clean and considerate, and just as fun and friendly (queer is a super bonus)! Smokers are welcome and 420 friendly. You must like to entertain, but not party too late every night. Must be Yorkie friendly (my dog is too cute). Pets are negotiable. Must pass background check by the apartment manager, so no felonies. There is ample room- seriously, it's 1,400 sq ft!!!! There are 2 (mine and 1 other) bedrooms, an office, a library, a chill room, and of course the living room/kitchen.
