Seeking 2 bedroom house, condo
Two easy going folks with great credit, enough cash reserves for 30% + down payment looking for a condo/coop/house/townhous that isn't listed yet or about to come off listing and willing to negotiate. Would like to have easy access to outdoors because we have a small dog. Well behaved. Want to stay on the hill. Want two bedrooms but one with spaciousness would work. At least 750 sq. ft. Not expecting the Taj Mahal at this price, but lots of light is a big deal. Gas heat/cooking is great, but electric works too. We have the ability to do some remodel. Don't need immediately but would move ahead for the right place. Need by late summer/fall. If you're thinking about selling your place, please let us know. Already pre-approved.
