I am moving out of a wonderful house on Capitol Hill with great roommates that might be the perfect option for you. I have to move to help my elderly Grandmother and I can't make sense of paying two rents. I'm already moved out so you must move in FEBRUARY 1st! Located around the cross streets of 18th and Spruce, this house is close enough to downtown that it will never be a hassle to get to work; I work downtown currently and driving time about 5 minutes max and buses are readily available and safely accessible. The house itself is in a lovely neighborhood between Capitol Hill and Central District neighborhoods making it close enough to living the "big city life", but it's still a house in a neighborhood so it's definitely quieter than downtown. The room you would be renting is located in the basement, but has it's own entrance from the outside and.... ready for it... a private bathroom! So far for me, this has been rather nice. Although the room is on the smaller size, but I fit a double bed, dresser,...
