4/30/12, ~1030pm: Found on 12th and Denny. Young, gray, female, quite small and appears to be recently spayed. Very friendly, wearing a black flea collar but no tag. She's afraid of dogs and quite dainty and very friendly. Please post if you think you're the owner.
cute cat found on 12th and prospect. please let me know if you recognize him/her!
Found at 23rd and Ferdinand. Very sweet and very scared!! Found on 4/15 afternoon. Please respond to this or call 206-383-0275
Brown/black long haired cat. Not sure if he's lost or just and outdoor cat but I haven't seen him around before. For the last few days he's been hanging out on the side of my house sleeping next to a window. I have a large dog who barks every time I try to get near the cat then the cat runs so I haven't been able to get a picture or see if he possibly has any tags.
FOUND - Black Gary Fisher Wahoo bike. Tell me what the sticker on it says and it's yours.
Found running east on E. Republican Sun Jan 8 5:25 p.m. Leash has a mountaineer clip at the end. We have been standing at the library and corner of QFC hoping you will walk by. **UPDATE** As of Mon Jan 9th, Seattle Animal Control has possession of the dog and will try to reunite as the dog has a micro-chip in the name of Jaime Lund. They can be reached 386-PETS.
As a side note: If you ever find a dog, any veterinary clinic can wand the dog to see if it's microchipped. Very useful if you want to try to reach the owner before using Seattle Animal Control. Unfortuneately, this owner is unreachable, with no voicemail.
There is a very friendly adult cat hanging around in front of Group Health on 16th Ave. East at East John Street. He/she has black and brown stripes, white paws, white nose, and yellow/green eyes. As soon as I knelt down, the cat climbed into my lap and then onto my shoulders and back. I imagine that this is someone's very loved indoor cat, who happened to get out. The cat was next to the front entrance almost as if he/she is waiting to be picked up. If this is your cat, he/she is ready to go home!
Very friendly and playful kitten found in the lobby of my apartment on Mon 11/28, near Boren and Union. He is pretty well-groomed, which leads us to think that he's not a stray. He's safe and fed and happy, but wants to go back home. Please email me at saradstanford@gmail.com and describe him and we will happily hand him over. (We've lost a pet to someone else claiming them as their own, so we apologize for the extra care.)
Our neighbors found this nice cocker mix on 28th ave east near the arboretum. You can email me at ppbolton at gmail.com for their contact info.
Found this morning, 11/1/11: wet, cold, hungry dog wandering on Roy St between 16th and 17th Ave E. She is now fed and waiting to be reunited with her owner. Please call 718-928-4146 if you have any information about her or if she is yours!
Red Pomeranian found on Capitol Hill by Safeway on John and 14th. Please email to give details so that she gets returned to right owner.
This sweet little cat has been camping out in my backyard for about 2 weeks. Perhaps she is protesting on behalf of the 99% ferals that are living in our neighborhood lots and alleys? Or she is a misguided local who just happens to love the chair on my back patio.
She's only about 4 or 5 pounds and is a bobtail (looks like an injury). She is a little human shy but vocal and very friendly once she warms up to you. I would love to give her a home, but wanted to check with the neighborhood before taking her in to check for a chip. If she is yours or you know where she lives please e-mail me @ moxietex@hotmail.com.

There is a black standard poodle on 15th near E Ward/Prospect running around. It is well groomed and has tags but was skittish AND wouldn't let me near. It has been darting out onto 15th which could result in it getting hit.
Friendly, domesticated black cat (female?) has insisted on moving into my apartment. She has been hanging around the Malabar Apartment complex (near Denny and I-5) for around a week, trying to follow people into their apartments.
I believe the cat is 2-3 years old, has medium-long fur. No collar, not declawed. Seems to be in good health although she was hungry. If you are missing a black cat, please e-mail bebop1 AT gmail.com to determine if this is your cat. Otherwise, I may adopt her if I don't find a microchip.
Found at Olive and Summit. Cream Buff colored medium hair cat with some white markings.
Not sure Male/Female. Medium Size. Medium fluffy tail. Is friendly and likes cheek rubs. Call 206-369-9763.
I found a colorful hybrid bike in my yard. If it is yours, please contact me.
I found a set of keys today in Cal Anderson park.
Please describe the set of keys in your reply.
I found a library card outside the liquor store on Broadway. Let me know if you're missing one! Looks like it belonged to a young girl. I apologize if I've made an incorrect assumption there.

Thank you everyone for all your support. Lucy was found early this evening in great spirits with some chicken in her stomach!
Thanks Capitol Hill for her quick return!!!!
Thank you to everyone for helping and to the social networks that brought it back to me. Keep a look out for an announcement of a free cello concert in volunteer park to thank my wonderful neighbors!!!
Thank you, Kim
There's a long-haired, black cat with a bit of brownish coloration at his neck/chest, that has been hanging around my apartment the last couple of days, looking lost. He's been outside and meowing up a storm, and has taken up residence between the two buildings on the southwest corner of bellevue ave where at republican. Is he yours? He's very friendly and cuddly and likes to head-butt and is very talkative. If that sounds about right please call 206.708.9513 and come find him!!!
Found a set of keys in Volunteer Park tonight.
Call 415-395-6298 to collect them,
We found a purse in our compost bin this morning at 18th & Republican - appears to have been stolen out of a car as there were broken glass shards inside. Unfortunately there is no wallet, but an agenda, a pair of broken sunglasses and some loose change inside. Please email arklyn3@yahoo.com to claim.
Young male black cat with short hair found in Capitol Hill on June 14th.
Cat was found on Boylston Ave E. between Bellevue Pl. East and E. Roy St. in Capitol Hill. No microchip and no collar but this cat is anything but feral. Almost entirely solid black but has a handful of unusual markings. We would love to keep this sweet, dear boy but we believe he must have belonged to a loving home because this cat is literally the sweetest thing on 4 legs. Our vet believes that if he is a runaway he's been on the streets less than a month. If you believe this cat is yours please email a photo and a description of the unusual markings to Cole_Alison@yahoo.com
