What: Drawing largely from the exercises used to condition Odissi dancers, Douglas will lead a series of challenging, vigorous, and stamina-building practices. The class is open to all but some previous yoga practice is recommended. This series may be of particular interest to dancers, martial-artists and athletes. Serious foot, knee or hip injuries could be a limitation. Clothing should be appropriate for jumping and other dynamic movement. The class is designed as a series but drop-ins are welcome, space allowing.
